Arner Family Reunion

The number of Arners who take an interest in family trees has increased considerably since last year, and Wednesday upon the occasion of the eleventh annual reunion fully 350 attended at Central Park, Rittersville.

Dr. Q. D. Arner, of Allentown, delivered an address, as did Rev. T. H. Krick of Coplay. The family history was read by Carrie Arner Brown of Perth Amboy. It was decided to hold next years reunion at the Flag Staff at Mauch Chunk.

The officers elected were: J. F. Arner, of Lehighton, president; Joseph Arner, of Summit Hill, and Dr. Q. D. Arner of Allentown, vice presidents; George Arner of Weissport, secretary; Charles H. Arner of Weissport, treasurer.

The oldest Arner present was Aaron Arner of Litzenburg, 80 years of age and the youngest Evelyn Arner, the four month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward J. Arner, Northampton.
